OUR PROCESS

OUR PROCESS

Initial Consultation
A consultation with caregivers only. This session, which typically lasts 1-2 hours, allows us to gather background  information, identify your child's strengths and challenges, and understand your  family priorities.

Assessment
To ensure therapy sessions are personalised and meaningful, we spend several sessions getting to know your child across their different environments. This may include play, observations and formal assessments if required.

Collaborative Goal Setting
Together, we set meaningful goals that align with your child and family's needs and preferences. We work towards achieving these in regular therapy sessions across your child's natural environments and by collaborating with the key people in your child's life.

Therapy Support
Therapy sessions provide ongoing support for children and  family members. A standard therapy session is 45 minutes.

Review and Evaluation
Your child and family goals are reviewed regularly in collaboration with you. This ensures the goals remain relevant and meaningful as your child’s needs and family priorities may evolve over time.
